The layout was weird to me at first too. After you get used to it. It’s easy to navigate. And yes you can change the setting to sort it however you want

I’ve never made an account or posted, don’t see a point with millions and millions of users but the wealth of information from damn near every aspect of life is unmatched. It really is the “front page” of the internet and if you grew up a forum nikka like most of us, you couldn’t ask for more.

A good example of how terrible reddit is are the Brooklyn and NYC subreddits

It's filled with hipster transplant CACs who so very badly want to be New Yorkers but can't cope with the fact that real New Yorkers hate their guts and wish they would go back the fukk where they came from

Go ahead, amuse yourself and skim through those subreddits: Do those posts strike you as people who are from here or have lived here longer than maybe 5 years or so?

Otherwise reddit is good for getting info on very specific things...but as other people have said, you're going to have to learn how to skim over a lot of CACery
