Retaliation?:mjlol:

That's a myth. There was never a bias its just that NY dominated most of that time frame. Its like yall forget that hip hop was created there. Of course it was the dominant city. That's like hating on jazz from N.O.
:heh:
The thing is did Jazz artists from N.O. think other Jazz music was inferior because it wasnt based in N.O.?

Random stripper? She is a house hold name tearing up the charts. I'm proud of her for sure.

I mean the west coast had Hoes with attitude back in the day. I'm sure you would have been proud had it worked but it didn't. Cardi B did so shut up you sucker! Your a bozoe hating on a woman because she is winning, what real man does that.

You can't dispute the facts so you resort to insults. You also are angry at a woman who is winning making me think you is a botty mon.

To each there own though booty avenger.
:russ:....you must have a hard time understanding what I'm trying to convey....a not even sub par female lyricist runs your city right now....think about that...:mjlol:...thats how hard the city fell off....but apparently you have a hard comprehending that....

Y'all really don't like NY on here, and I want to know why. Born in Raised in BK, moved to LA years ago, and they don't have a NY complex out here. Spent a lot of time in VA and North Carolina through the years because my family is down there, and they don't have a NY complex. So what is about y'all on here?

It's always "NY takes another L" "Another overrated NY rapper" "All these new NY rappers are garbage" every time I see a thread talking about NY rappers, outside of the legends.

Like y'all hate A Boogie, Cardi, Dave East, Casanova, Tekashi but if they were from another region, I feel y'all would champion them. Y'all don't fully respect the Fab's, Cam's, 50's, Bank's, Kiss of the world even.

Inferiority complex? Was NY talking too much shyt? You really think they're garbage? What's the reason?
because you are now the biggest biters and your idols follow the west. There's this one kid that I'm working with though in the Boogie Down Bronx that will make you proud.

Everything seems good to me. You still act like we in the 90s chief? Things goes in circles things change for the better with time and better and better.

That has to do with hiphop and is not indicative of my city. Hiphop wants that kind of catchy stuff but if hiphop returns to place where lyricist matter NYC will still be at the top because we have a lot of lyricist here ready and make no mistakes about it. You can't blame NY for that but you have to blame hiphop for it and the way things have evolved over time.

NY still has some of the best lyricist though so don't get it twisted man. However hiphop is in a state where they want more fun and melody driven raps, so that's what you see now. Cardi B is still number one though so no matter what the climate is in hiphop, NY is still doing great numbers. What is your argument?

It's a style of hip hop it's not y'all

nikka I'm from Detroit we treat the world like it's ours. But we are welcomed and loved everywhere why is there a difference? Respect is why. We brought Detroit to other places y'all took from other places so much you don't even recognize youselves.

The thread asked a Question I gave u the Truth. Be mad but it's true.

U expect me not to listen to nas Jay and the like cu I don't fucc wit ya nikkas personally today? That's a backwards ass way of thinking. I'm not championing your new talent. I'm not championing your style I'm not giving your new producers props. I ride around to nikkas from BUFFALO bro. BUFFALO. It's not a lacc of confidence cuz we don't respect y'all nikkas. We in the Midwest were raised and impacted by your legends that you don't even pay homage to. So here we are...

BTW
Look at battle rap it's the best way to show u what I mean.
Lux Mook hollow Dna Solomon clips goodz etc all old as hell

Right now new York doesn't have one representative in the top tier of that world from this generation. Jersey is dominating, Virginia coming up, the dmv is dominating. How is the Mecca behind everyone else in everything hip hop?

Cuz y'all to busy being full of yourselves to evaluate why you're the Blac sheep

We have to play the game fam, I'm happy she got a number 1 indeed because she came up from the stripper club to the world stage and I can't be mad at her. She was dancing for 1's at the club just five years ago and now she is making big money and can support her family, as ghetto as ever and proud of who she is. She did her thing and played the game very well. We have more lyrical artist but many of them will be broke or only have cult followings because real lyricism isn't popular. With that said it's not indicative of my city because if hiphop was accepting of better my city would offer better but the mainstream only accepts the current trend. So at this point you either get with the times or get lost :yeshrug:
