Boardwalk and Park Place
Started as a relationship/self improvement guru. Then started to add in more social commentary. Now primarily talks about White Supremacy.
As he and his audience matured, so did the topics.

More good than bad comes from him so I can't complain but I don't like when people idolize him.

"Tariq said" somebody said on here said that and it was more to the quote but it was sheepish.... I asked if Tariq was his daddy and I don't remember the response.... nikkas will latch on to anything... I know I'll get some shyt but Hidden Colors was no facts, to me and nikkas just talking based on maybe ONE thing they read, heard, or saw and just ran with what they wanted to believe.... Not saying folks wrong but it's 2016

I like Tariq cuz he does what he says he gonna do. Based off that alone I can understand why a lot of fake fraudulent nikkas on the Coli got a problem with that.
Most of them got a problem with him because of his relationship talk. They are the lames that Tariq clowns from time to time that don't know how to get women.

He has a crisp mouthpiece and can make a ton of topics entertaining:ehh:

I'm more enamored with his business savvy than his character. He got himself a platform, a loyal audience,
And he milking that shyt like a brotha supposed to. Nothing bad to say about him:yeshrug:

Btw, that song bout his pistol:mjpalm:Pap...pap...when my pistol go! That shyt have me rolling. Ex-rapper on his resume:russ:

He's a "leader" for nikkas who can't lead themselves

Sounds like you don't know what exactly a leader is Clairinse. True leaders bring out the leadership in an individual. They help to guide them with their Knowledge and Inspiration so that those Individuals can maximize the potentials each of them was given

As far as the Thread go. Tariq a real one. Even if he makes a living using profits he's made from us. What he's given back in return is priceless

Believe what you like :yeshrug:

And I'll add to your statement that I only believe in things that I know to be true.

I myself have learned a few things from watching all of the "Hidden Colors" films. Things that are real that I can take with me and grow off on for life. Knowledge i can pass over that has substance to it that isn't going to escape me when Im concentrated in other areas in my life that need tending to. Real shyt

His films have moments where they may make some in the white world aroused. But it's useful to me and to you nonetheless

Sheepish aptly describes much of his audience. I cant speak on whether the Hidden Colors series lacks facts cuz I've never watched any of the videos. Still, his following reminds me of the very things that trouble me with organized religion and politics. That being people are sheep, and Black people are just as susceptible to being mislead as any other demographic. Black people love religion so much that at times a good orator can come along and speak on any subject that Black people are sensitive to and then create his or her own "church" in a sense. Their own pulpit if you will, and social media in this day and age will allow any hustler an oppurtunity to eat.

It reminds me of what I read about a young Marcus Garvey on a soapbox competing with other "aspiring" leaders on their own soapboxes. The modern day soapbox is Youtube, Twitter, IG, etc.. Instead of a young Marcus Garvey, Hubert Harrison, or A.Phillip Randolph, we have Tariq Nasheed, Dr. Umar Johnson, Tommy Sotomayer, etc..
