Underrated, yes. Top 5?? Sorry, cant see it. Love EPMD and Hit Squad/Def Squad artists, but I can name 10 or more producers easily before I get to The Green-eyed Bandit in my GOAT list.

But I do agree he doesnt get enough recognition considering how long of a reign he had.
