The problem is

1. Arnold never looked this skinny while running for office.
2. The Rock's whole persona was being a being a bigger dude with a larger than life personality. Especially with the centrist repub. he draws.
3. So he is going to need to be even more charismatic (unlikely at his age) or have some brilliant political ideas (unlikely given his background)

"Centrist"/conservative-leaning independent.

He endorsed Biden in 2020 but last year backtracked and said he regretted doing so. He declined to endorse anyone in 2024 and just said that he hates "woke culture".
