What everyone else has said plus when the East was poppin they acted like they were to good to fukk with they folks below the Mason Dixon line. The west has always showed love to the south & Midwest. Only time I can remember it being any kinda static was when Luke and Death Row was going at it. But besides that, always been a respect thing

You also can't forget rap-a-lot....that bay/Houston connection was real. Both regions had their own sound no one else really checked for, but for whatever reason, we seemed to fukk with each other.
