That's not what's it's saying at all. You don't have antibodies forever so a booster gets your levels back up. Even if you beat Covid and never got the vaccine the antibodies go away which is why some people get it twice and die the second time.

The booster is the same thing as the first two shots. If your last shot was more than 5 months ago there's no reason not to get it.
