You can't debate with these people, they act in bad faith, in truth, they are too dumb to act in good faith. I have been in so many debate and political communities, I have debated countless times over voice, I promise you, in all that time, I have yet to come across one smart conservative, YET. The ones that pose as reasonable eventually find themselves in some pitfall as they try to explain something Trump did, or the Republicans supporting him on something, or just Republican votes in general. Even worse, if they are religiously motivated for their basis of conservative politics, good luck debating anyone like that, and the people that hold to conservatism that aren't on the basis of religion is so fukking rare, I have only encountered it once, and I have come across hundreds of conservatives minimum at this point.
Really, allowing those idiots around is just opening the door for some passerby with equivalent historical knowledge and low reasoning to come to similar conclusions and they will soon find themselves lost in a similar void, where they can never be reasoned with.

no he's not. what he's questioning is exactly what i posted. Instead of discussing the issues present in a thread, he questions the source and pretend he's addressing the issue of the thread. It's been done over and over again on TLR, post a thread about a specific topic, and people run to "why yall posting_______ source". Posting a tweet does not mean you agree with the person tweeting it. It completely derails threads.

Jumping in to speak in general, but when it comes to the twitter posts, the people posting that, whether they realize it or not, are playing useful idiot for the original source. People at that level recognize the importance of getting clips, memes, and takes out on the web and making them digestible as possible for the average person that is hardly politically engaged, if at all. So when posting from some sources, you are doing work for them, it's not uncommon that in those threads we find people that "don't agree with the source but agree with the message", that's the intention of the original creator. A lot of those small groups are owned by bigger groups that are directed by think tanks. They know how to move, they invest millions to learn how to move.
maybe thread starters and posters shouldn't use racists as a source and their point wouldn't be overlooked.
