He got a nose job
He looks smaller to me now cause he mostly wears suits. Just like how Vince looked like a normal-size muhfukka for years, but thats just cause he was in a big ass jacket standing next to Hogan and Andre nshyt. Then you see him step in the ring with his McMahon wrestling gear and it turns out this nikka was jacked the fukk up. When HHH is in wrestling gear, he still looks like he did around 2000... just not so much how he looked when he was gettin' fat around 2003

He probably lost some height. I don't know if there's any reason to this I ain't a scientist or nothing but I'm sure using the pedigree as a finisher had some effect on his spine. Didn't @Hollywood Hogan @Hulk Hogan lose some height?
