He just played games with them. He painted a picture like biggie/puff did it which he knew wasn't true. I'm sure that made Biggie/Puff very uncomfortable as well as the people who did it considering they knew he knew who did it. It was some sort of psychological game he played. He toyed with them. Against all odds was the snitchin' but I'm guess since the feds were involved he felt it was justified. The vibe article was cryptic and the ny post story was told to the reporter off of the record. He mainly named biggie/puff in connection to the shooting more so than the shooter and the person who set it up. Against all odds was snitchin' though, no way to get around it.

and he never really said BIG shot him or set him up. He just said he was mad at biggie and wasn't fucckin wit' him no more. He felt Big was trynna low-key destroy him. So he did what a BOSS PLAYA would do. He rode on biggie. First BIG aint look out for him wit him being shot and all that. BIG knew who was the people behind shooting pac, and pac felt that if BIG was really his friend then he would of told him or would have gave a real warning about the people pac was getting involved wit' at the time since he knew them. Not some "yo dont fukk wit "james" he a lame" or some bum ass warning. If that was yo nikka you would of gave him the real from the jump. Especially if yo nikka, was always real witchu, kept it 100 witchu, gave you game, looked out for you, took you under his wing and took care of you.

Also when pac was locked up, he felt that BIG wasn't showing him no love and BIG ran with his style. Basically BIG was around Pac when he was recording his music and took his approach and concepts. Pac was making music about death and all that, and then Biggie comes out with an album called "Ready to Die" So not only wasn't he real wit pac, he tried to take pac's style and ish.
