As someone who wrote them off earlier in the season, I think they're the third best team in the west. Even with their weak roster, when Griffin went down, Chris Paul remembered he's Chris Paul and started dominating again.

If Paul goes all out, I think they could give the Spurs a run for their money, but they don't match up with the Warriors at all. They need to stay out of the five spot.

You're right. Nba is predictable. The west coast finals will be spurs and golden state.

These stats you are quoting are for the year. Yet spurs have a better record and have missed kawhi and Tony Parker during the year. Whatever the regular season numbers are, the vet teams were just trying to get into the post season injury free. Spurs has made it and they've won alot of games lately and beat out all these guys who had a hot start.
The reasons clippers will lose. Deandre jordan free throw shooting makes him a liability. Blake Griffin isn't the proto typical pf I like especially defensively. Their wings suck and their bench sucks.

Depending on who they face and if the team they face is injury free id not be surprised if they get knocked out in first round cause truth is this team is flawed when it comes to winning against a team that will be focused on exploiting them.

Wade is 33, broken down and missing the playoffs in the East

Paul is 29, in his prime and carrying his team to a potential 2 seed in the West

If Doc wasn't the head of the front office, the 2015 Clippers would have been a legit contender. Instead, they slid backwards over the summer in almost every move they made. If basketball games were 30 minutes, the Clips could make the Finals. But it's not, and their bench will fail them in the playoffs. Which is a shame really, CP3 deserves a trip to the Finals.

Their best offensive option is the smallest guy on the court (both teams), their discipline to stick with a game plan is little to none...

Though, they have the overall team talent to beat anyone, I'm concerned with consistent execution over a prolonged schedule of 4 quarter basketball games
