Why doesn't EA have the FIFA guys do Madden?

I'm playing the FIFA 17 demo right now and i'm sitting here like

The physics, presentation, interactions, celebrations, career mode part etc. is like miles above Madden's shyt and i don't even play FIFA like that.

I just played the demo and this shyt seems the same as 16 with just a few added lighting here and there. Gameplay is still the same.

Madden is way harder to make work Fifa. The contact is way more massive and way more moving parts

FIFA 17 using the frostbite engine, they're suppose to be moving madden to that engine as well
