"Keep your little theories to yourself" says the guy who swears by natural selection and evolution. But I'm sure you proved that in another thread, right?

Laws have authors. Science contains laws. These laws have an author.

Modus ponens. :heh:

Or did natural selection also naturally select gravity? :dwillhuh:
The SCIENTIFIC theories I've mentioned have tens of thousands of peer reviewed papers proving them to be true, and I didn't fukking invent the theory of evolution in my head like you did with your "God authored scientific laws theory". Why are you comparing physical laws of the universe to laws written by humans here on earth? Just because laws we create on earth have an author doesn't mean the laws of physical reality do as well. You can't prove any of your theory.

Now we're at the point in the God conversation where the believer just says ridiculously unscientific things at an attempt to ridicule the reality of evolution. I honestly can't even believe you said that :heh: "did natural selection also naturally select gravity?" :laff: shyt makes ZERO sense because you don't even fukking understand what natural selection is

So you're saying if enough people believe something and write enough papers on it than it must be true?

Are you reading what you type? It's obvious you're not reading what I type. I never said anything against evolution. Evolution has nothing to do with the argument as far as I'm concerned. Couldn't care less about. Let's agree, your thoughts on evolution are 100% true.

Now... where did that first life form come from, breh breh?

That's my point. :heh:

What is the origin of natural selection and evolution? It's only logical that there must have been some form of life to naturally select from and evolve.

So in terms of the creation of the universe and the origins of life, your friend suddenly seems powerless.

Evolution has nothing to do with creation and the origins of life.

maybe you don't mention it by name but you make that very same argument time and time again, apparently without realizing it.

you can be mad about it and insult me if it makes you feel better though. it doesn't change the fact.

:heh: Let me try to explain to you what happened because it's clear you're confused.

-First a poster said that man understanding the universe is proof God doesn't exist.

-Then I said does understanding how a watch works prove it's maker doesn't exist.

-Then you (I guess) came in talking about watchmaker analogy or whatever, a term I had to google because I never even heard of it.

-Lastly you came in today, still not understanding what was said in that convo and claiming I "use it all the time." :what:

Propaganda. Yeah, I'll try to remember you... as a clown. :heh:

wait wait wait, I thought your point was that God authored scientific theories? Now your point is that I can't tell you with 100% certainty how life began on earth? How is that even a point at all? No human on earth can tell you with 100% certainty how life began on earth. You can't answer that question with certainty either and if you think you can then you're just being disingenuous

So you're saying you don't believe? I thought that was already established. :heh:

Some of us have searched for truth and are satisfied with our findings. Others, I guess ramble on about evolution as if that has anything to do with the subject. :yeshrug:

Again, perception, friend. What is death to the believer? A meeting with God. :blessed:

Absolutely the parents will be saddened. But there is potential for good in all situations. Inheriting a million dollars can be a bad thing if you choose to perceive it that way. You have to pay taxes on it, you have to deal with "friends" with their hand out. You could overspend and eventually go into debt.

It's obvious you're looking at it in the most emotionally reactionary way. But I have a cousin who's twin brother died as a baby and he says that's his motivation for life. :yeshrug:

You make a very sensible point but what other way is there to look at innocents dying???

oh ok. well please, tell us again how the universe needs to have a creator (aka god) because x was created by y.

Talking to you has been like talking to a schizophrenic. You're all over the place and keep talking about how the content of my posts were irrelevant to the "point" you were trying to make, do you fathom how difficult it is to find a coherent point from all the bullshyt you post? I'm not even trying to be mean here, but you're a moron my dude. I knew I shouldn't have kept replying because this was literally a huge waste of time. I tried to be logical and informative and you just respond with stupidity.

To the believer, death is simply a transition. So when you take the emotion out of it (and I'm a human being as well so I completely understand the emotional side of it :whoa:) what's left? A child being reunited with it's creator.

The commonality of everything on Earth is death. Our clothes will wear out, our cars will break down, our electronics will cease to work and our friends and family will die. Without faith, all there is to look forward to is death. That seems like a pretty grim outlook on life to me. Might as well end it all today because you're in for literally an entire world of disappointment. :yeshrug:
