Why doesn't Mike Brown Have a head coaching job?

He has got a bad rap, but he had the Cavs making deep playoff runs every year with LeBron and a bunch of meh role playersm His defensive schemes were masterful and he didn't have much to work with offensively. After the Cavs he got 1 season with the Lakers and they made it to the second round and then he was fired the next year because they were trash with a washed Nash and injured Howard and Kobe. the His last shot was one year with the garbage 2013 Cavs. He coached the warriors to the finals last year before Kerr came back to get the glory in the finals a white coach with his credentials would stay with a job ala Thibs

I feel like mike brown was used as a scapegoat in LA for those failures. Kobe was out there pouting like a bytch trying to get mike fired and these goofy ass laker fans wanting phil back. OKC were simply a far better team than them lakers in 2012.
