Primo was always just Carlito's brother
This is basically how I think of Primo. He has no identity besides being the little brother. Carlito also had mic skills.
Carlito started out alright in 2004 with the win over Cena the first night..but they never really followed up right. Cena crushed him and he came to Raw in 2005 going over Shelton but that didn't matter because by the next year, Jeff Hardy came back and pretty much from that day forward, Carlito was the definition of bushes status. He added some high spots but the company practically had Jeff crush everyone except Umaga and kept him away from Cena no matter what.
