The Coli
The Coli makes 6 figures a year from ads. A app won't hurt
Them numbers is off like a mahfukka. All them sites do is give estimates on what they think you make, even if we had Google adsense we'd probably only make 100k...

Responsive design>>>> worrying about keeping an app up to date on 2 mobile platforms & having to pay apple and google's app markets.

I like Responsive Design but an app is not a bad idea...you could always charge for it:manny:...im sure a lot of people would pay

Apps that do the same thing as the website is pointless. If I want to look at the site I could do so on the chrome browser with one click instead of taking up space on my phone.

how much is alot of ppl? There's 14,000 registered members. With only about 4000 or so being really 'active'. let's say 10% of that buys the app (that' a pretty high conversion). IF the app sold for $1 that's $400 before apple/android fees and if that app sold for $5 that's $2000. So they might make $300 to $1500, it would cost more than that to get the app done.
