Why doesn't Vince make any appearances?

When I decided to take a break from wrestling, Vinny was constantly involved with on-screen fukkery. With Stone Cold, the Rock or Mankind. Now that I came back to wrestling, he has been MIA. They don't even mention him anymore. The only appereance I've seen him make in the last few years was the Ultimate Warrior doc. What happened? Why did he stop participating in the show?

Since you've left he's overexposed himself many times to the point that he's had to take numerous breaks. Biggest example would be in 03 where he was a part of every major storyline on Smackdown.

In kayfabe the "board of directors" voted vince out of power and on real life Shane runs or ran YOU! on demand...basically netflix/on demand in china.
