Why doesn't Vince make any appearances?

Wasn't he on at a ppv or a raw but they showed him talking to like orton or cena but they didnt play the audio? It was almost like vince was lipsynching and not really talking just moving his mouth.

With all the money he's lost, he best go out there and entertain us to earn his keep. Ring announcer, commentator, referee, whatever. He keep firing people, he gonna have to do the work himself. He should know how to setup the ring by now.
