They do, you just might not realize it when they do. I know a cat with a clothing line and he's had Kodak Black, Shedeur Sanders, the Baltimore Ravens, all kinda celebs in his fits

It's not so much about race, the luxury standards are just the old Italian and French houses, they're international symbols
I get your point but how do you explain brands like Raf Simons, Amiri, Palm Angel, Rhude etc poppin up outta nowhere and being the brand of choice for many celebs.

Yeah OP listed all those brands but conveniently left out Heron Preston, Denim Tears, Fear of God, Telfar, Who decides War. And that’s just off the top of my head. I’m sure if I actually tried to dig deeper I could find more.

i like fear of god (some of it). not a huge fan of the other brands you posted. i’m more into grounded streetwear, the kind that sticks to the basics - graphic tees/hoodies.

have you heard of awake, good company, or bricks & wood?

And hella folks rock Fear of God. OP definitely ain’t been looking as hard as he claim and Telfar can’t keep nothing in stock for women. They sell out in seconds

:what: he said black owned not a designer working for lv

Like you've never heard of Off White? You haven't seen all these Black Celebs rock his stuff?

Founded by American wunderkind Virgil Abloh, since 2013, the Milan-based label has opened showrooms in 15 locations around the world and retained a star-studded line-up of customers. With a masters degree in architecture, who would have thought Abloh’s sharp turn to designing premium streetwear could bring in such success? Under the garments, the multi-hyphenate’s unique vision has always been the key.

He was already killing the game before LV even showed up.

Y'all just want to be miserable, ignorant, and hate on black people for no reason.

Depends on the celeb. Raf's had his own label since the 90s and put his work in, even still it's never been anywhere close to Off-White even with Rocky riding that wave too. Rhude is short for Rhuigi Villaseñor, he's from LA and not white. Amiri & Palm Angel are white owned, Amiri is probably the closest name to what ya'll are alluding to but apparently he had connects/money which a lot, if not most people black or white don't have. Palm Angel's owner got started at Moncler so he already had plenty hands on experience on what moves, how to move it, connections etc. Connections help but a lot of it if not most is positioning.

All those brands are luxury brands but they're way below LV, Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga, Dior and there's minority/black owned brands in that tier or not far off. Virgil's the only one that's been able to get up there with those 5 billion dollar businesses and challenge them. I'm working on that though.

But if you really think, nobody white that's started anything in the same timeframe as Virgil is up there either.

So I’m hating on black people because Virgil is a designer and not an owner of a fashion brand? Ok Breh
