If you negged that hateful bytch, dap this post so I can rep you :ld:

I participated in a community clean up yesterday out here in Houston. We restored life to a playground and although it was hot as fukk and the sun beat down on my precious Black skin, I enjoyed every moment of it.

:wow:

I been helping out and planting/upkeeping gardens in multiple black communities in Austin. We also deliver free fresh produce to black elderly too.

Don't let this bullshyt rhetoric fly. I see, work, and interact with LOADS of black men cleaning up the community for little to no recognition.

One such example is these brothers and Negus policing they block and shutting crime down.

This is good but expected. You don't do that for recognition tho. It's our job.

That's like asking for props for being a good parent.

This should become more of a standard. Like nikkaz in poor countries do. They handle criminals out in public. Takes a death wish to be a criminal in those type places. Nikkaz will kill you before the cops come for you.

Reminds me of when people say why don't Black people organize against Black on Black crime despite the many stop the violence rallies, campaigns and vigils.
Start snitching

Stop marching

Or start killing c00ns

:manny:

I've been to funerals where the nikkaz there knew who killed that mother's son. Claim to have been a friends with the deceased but none of them could ease her mind by point out the killer. All these crocodile tear ass nikkaz make me sick. Start snitching or start wiping out race traitors

It's not props, it's countering the ungodly amount of negative propaganda that black men are on the end of.

Believe it or not, black men rarely receive praise or recognition for the good they do. It's actively stifled while the negative is used to promote our image. It's always good to challenge negative propaganda:

I know this is a problem but we also have nikkaz contribution to that issue with worldstsrr ignorant videos and other self made stereotypical depictions that are mainstream. The rash of live streaming of fukkery and such. It has to become culturally offensive to be a c00n as in not cool, acceptable or in in any form or fashion .

The video in this thread isn't the norm but it should be moreso than dudes filming their crimes for police.

In a good number of cases they aren't our communities. People don't own the properties, lands or businesses in them.

It still where we reside, regardless of whether we own it or not.

And if we don't own it, maybe step one is to develop that.ownership

I feel you, but I think more effort should be put into ownership than cleaning it up. I wouldn't clean up anything until I owned it, but that's just me especially when you consider gentrification and how you'll be easily priced out the neighborhood you fought so hard to maintain because you didn't own anything in it.

We do try to clean up our communities but the powers that be, actively keep Black people from being able to police themselves the way other groups do.
