Honestly it's not, this debate started in the Paul George extension thread when I said that Indy had to overpay because no free agent was going to sign to Indy no matter how good they were. I told @
tremonthustler1 that the same thing applies to his Timberwolves and that no matter if they won 65 games in a season they still couldn't get a free agent to sign there without overpaying. This has nothing to do with OKC for the most part, they're just an example that just because you have a superstar and win a lot of games it doesn't mean nikkas want to move to OKC for half of a year.
