The reason why you aren't dating is because it isn't time for you to date(yet). You are still very young(although an adult) and you have a lifetime to date. In the meantime, focus on your career and educational goals. Also, since you are in the military, you may want to explore the world and travel to different places.

You could join a reputable dating site as well as join groups where people share similar interests as yourself.

Lastly, which celebrity do people say you resemble so people here can get an ideal of what you look like? How do you dress? How do you wear your hair? What type of guys are you attracted to? What is your age range? Perhaps people can help once you provide the answers to these questions.

Oh, be patient and don't take any criticism you may get personally.

It's a dream of mine to travel. I would like to teach English abroad when I get out. I don't look like any celebrity tbh. I wear my hair in a slicked back bun (military style.) I dress casual but not too fancy unless I get in that mood. My standards for guys aren't too high. Just someone who is caring

What a lot of women don't realize is that a lot of men can pick up on this fast as hell...We're not going to deny a casual sexual encounters with women who fit this bracket but, most of us don't want the baggage in a serious relationship. I doubt it's your appearance at all...it's how you carry yourself.
