Besides, plastic surgery started out and is still used to REPAIR faces of people who have been disfigured beyond repair by accidents and burns. I know someone who got +90% of his body in a car that caught fire. He's my cousin's ex husband. They had to use tissue from his butt to replace the tissue he lost in his jaw and facial cheeks. Like it or not practicing plastic surgery is what will help medicine perfect the science of plastic surgery for people who NEED it like children born with deformities and so on.
Sure we may frown upon people who just use it to change thier looks like little Kim but you gotta understand that THAT IS WHAT PAYS. All the research and the fascilities used to perfec the science COST MONEY. The science has to survive. Anything that doesnt make money will eventually die. It has t make money. If it didnt make money the best and brightest surgeons wouldnt have no interest in it and would apply their talents at something else.
