They aren't paying their "employees" like employees

"What" you have on payroll sheets is different than who you are paying. If you claim your business is only 3-4 employees all family members it's easy to justify not hiring outside of the race.

Plenty of white family owned businesses with only white employees that never get sued. And most family businesses pay the majority of their employees under the table.

I've never even heard of a company getting sued for not having ethnic employees. But if they did it was most likely a big company. Not some little mexican grocery store.

That number was just an example. I believe you have to employee something like 25 or 50 people before the law applies to your business

How would a female be a minority. How do you even measure that. For instance there are tens of millions more white women than there are black people period in America. Are they counted as minorities?

I don't even think AA applies to the private sector like that? I'm not in favor of it if it does. I don't see nothing wrong with people looking out for their own. Government jobs & mass corporations are an entirely different issue though
