Why dont Mexicans get in trouble for not following affirmative action?

How would a female be a minority. How do you even measure that. For instance there are tens of millions more white women than there are black people period in America. Are they counted as minorities?

The whole womens rights thing included them in affirmative action forever ago, as a matter of fact females, especially single moms, are the highed hired demographic in businesses. Yes, women are discriminated against to, and white men oppress even their own women.

I don't even think AA applies to the private sector like that? I'm not in favor of it if it does. I don't see nothing wrong with people looking out for their own. Government jobs & mass corporations are an entirely different issue though

That's what thought too. I think affirmative action only applies to government institutions and companies that recieve governmentnt contracts/aid

Not enough employees, and also, the company has to be receiving federal funds in order for Affirmative Action to be enforced

I have seen Chinese buffets that had nothing but asian and they had more than 10 employees

why would anyone go to a chinese restaurant that was staffed by non-chinese?\

That number was just an example. I believe you have to employee something like 25 or 50 people before the law applies to your business

Small business applies to 50 employees at least but no more than 100.

I have to study this type of stuff for my insurance job so it's all fresh in my memory.
