A lot of these big city departments HAVE to hire minorities because of decades of hiring nothing but whites. Here in Chicago a federal judge made the city hire 120 Blacks that was discriminated against back in the 90s.
Yes, I do get the
look time to time when I visit other departments but I give 0 fukks. I want to be able to put on other brehs to a good ass paying career that we are finally being allowed into after years of discrimination/prejudice.

Chick I went to HS with is a fireman, her dad was one too so he probably helped her get in. I don't know how she one though, she gotta be 250lbs and with huge tittays. I'm guessing she stay in the firehouse chilling all day
Because it's difficult to get in. Few positions and cacs have em all

My 5 year old daughter wants to be a firefighter and we took her to the fire station. I had no idea they start out young. they start at like 16 I think.

My uncle was a fireman. Just drove the truck and cooked. 
I have other homies who are fire marshall's etc and they love the work. Definitely something more brehs should look into. It's also one of those jobs that gives you plenty of time to work on your side hustles.

Up here in canada the fire departments work 24-hour shifts so they just work seven days a month, and majority have side jobs such as contractors etc. Btw mostly every firefighter makes like 80k-100k
