I'd literally tell my son to stay away from women like me. I'm a cheater, liar and I get men to use them. Not because I want to but a lot of times it's something I don't even know I'm doing. The only redeemable trait I have in relationships is honesty. I won't lie because I'm not afraid to lose you.

Regardless my son won't be played because if he brings a chick home I'll immediately be able to smell if she's like me. My mother told my brothers the same. My mother is a cold hearted woman that made my dad do all the work. She's a mean ass lady. I get my ain't shytness from her and am with a nikka who's a pushover like my dad. I'd want more for my son tho.

My mom and pops did. Moms ain't pull no punches either, lay the whole shyt out. Said there's only two types of women out there, the hoe and they lady. Use to say don't ever get the hoe confused with the lady. Beware of them trifling ass hoes in sheep clothing.

A woman can only give the woman's perspective. She can tell you what some women try to do, etc. But she can't tell you how to deal with it. She has no experience.

Actually, my mother always warned me about women in my life.
My problem was that I didn't believe her until I had my baptism of fire.

Now I know everything my mother said was factual.

She told me that women only care about your status and education.
Women don't care about how you look, so I shouldn't spend so much time & money on being fly.

She also told me you can't trust none of these young women because they use men for their success. Women only need you as long as they can use you. The minute you ain't doing shyt with your life education wise or money wise, these women will leave you.

My mother taught me that a mans value is determined by how much he can provide and take care of his family. Whereas a woman's value is determined by her nurturing abilities and virtue.

My mother is a Somali/Yemeni woman and she was able to see through the bullshyt of western society because she wasn't raised brainwashed in this culture. I however, was brainwashed and thought it was "typical backwards 3rd world philosophy" until I came to understand that this is how it's supposed to be universally.

The only thing I wish my parents told me is the concept of women sleeping with men above their level in their youth and then later settling down with men at their level.

Most women ain't gonna say that because it makes them look bad for the most part. My big sis finally put me up on that after seeing me fail miserably for a couple years. Once I conceded that I was not going to be smashing my female equivalent at 20-22, I made the most of the situation. It really didn't totally click until I got in a relationship with a chick at 25 that was messing with frat stars and athletes when she was in college, and would not have given me the time of day.

I was basically raised by a single mother and not once did it ever cross my mind to ask my mom on advice of dealing with women. Speaking frankly, I don't think I'd want my mom's advice on it, because as much as I love her, the way I see it is that all she could really tell me was what worked on HER and how women like HER react and respond to situations. I don't see how it would benefit me unless I wanted to date someone who thought and acted EXACTLY like my mom.

At the end of the day, Mom wasn't the one out there trying to get them. My older brother was out there, and he was getting them. Meanwhile, she was the one that got got. So unless my name was Oedipus, the best course of action for me is to either ask my brother (or some other male figure who I trust) or just go trial by fire.
