Why don't people like Randy Orton?

Just curious. I will admit, I don't know much about the guy because I haven't really been watching over the last few years. I'm just getting back into it now. (I missed the whole Evolution storyline). But he seems to be a decent athlete, has decent mic skills, the 'look' and has got that old school heel presence. But I see people clowning him all the time on here. Somebody school me on why 'Orton Sucks'.

In ring he has been a top 5 performer for quite some time.Low Key,he made Mizzark legit when he jobbed out to him for the WHC

All in all I like Randy

I do think he's an underachiever but at the same time he's kind of had it easy as far as a route to the top so it's hard to expect that drive and hunger to improve out of him.
