I was surprised a teenage girl said hello and was polite in public yesterday. I told her she’s rare for that and she agreed a lot of people are just rude for no reason.

I’m guilty…I’m legit becoming socially awkward from all this pandemic trauma…I was always shy but I remember right before covid hit I was starting to go out more often like to the movies, restaurants and couple other spots and shyt but once covid hit it was just an excuse for me to go back in my shell smh

People have PTSD and are afraid of random people now - to be fair our society was going down this path anyways.

Everyone is packing too. Diseases running amuck and most folks nasty as hell, no hygiene routine at all.

Then of course the dumbphone effect. People would rather be on their phones than talk to people in their presence. Do people even date offline anymore cuz it seems most folks under 40 rely on dating apps, talking to folks they would have never met in their daily life.

Some people want to play too damn much, not every is in the mood to play. but i hate when yall make these "why nobody say hi to me" threads painting it like people owe you play time. People got they own lives to think about. All that fairytale "we all nod and speak like the Andy Griffith show" mess aint real. Like yall never think beyond your own shallow desire to play with people in public. People going through all kinds of shyt out here and they trying to focus on their own problem and you got somebody bytching about saying hi. How does that look?
