Could've sworn Steph or Trips sent a memo trying to downplay the involvement of refs. I'll see if I can find it.
So we didn't see the red get bodied at survivor series ?That was one of the GOAT things in wrestling.
*refs not paying attention*
*wrestler gets ready to whip opponent into turnbuckle*
*refs in the line of fire and goes down*
Like Jessie the Body Ventura said at WM6(I think) "Oh I love this, now's when anything can happen"
Ref is down, face wrestler doesnt know it, tries a small package or a pinfall attempt to no availHe slaps his hands on the mat in confusion several times as if he's counting, before he finally gives up.
He gets up, notices the ref down, goes over to try to revive him.....meanwhile, heel has picked up a foreign object/chair etc.,
or his manager cheapshots face with something, ref starts to gain his wherewithal
just in time to see heel performing his finisher on already KO'd face.
Heel gets the pinfall, crowd boo's, heel acts like he fought a valiant fightin victory.
Going for a flying forearm, opponent moves, ref gets knocked down and starts having an epileptic fit
Face trying to lift him up and struggling
Lesnar goes to lift him up

You see how much drama that added to the match though? I'll always love ref bumps cause it usually leads to some entertaining fukkery. So we didn't see the red get bodied at survivor series ?
Yeah I think we should Blame the attitude era to a degree . All that crazy booking ruined some of those type of endingsYou see how much drama that added to the match though? I'll always love ref bumps cause it usually leads to some entertaining fukkery.
