He gets up, notices the ref down, goes over to try to revive him.....meanwhile, heel has picked up a foreign object/chair etc., or his manager cheapshots face with something, ref starts to gain his wherewithal just in time to see heel performing his finisher on already KO'd face.


Heel gets the pinfall, crowd boo's, heel acts like he fought a valiant fight in victory.

Yeah I think we should Blame the attitude era to a degree . All that crazy booking ruined some of those type of endings
