Why don't some of TSC fukk with Cody?

We are in an era where the match quality is crazy and it makes his bum ass generic 2 star matches worse.

Promos are and he is in ring and dude looks frail

He might be fooling the US neckbeards but japan stays not giving a fukk about him

He's just not good but cacs fail upwards especially if their fathers were great in said business

The Dust Bros (pre-Stardust) tag matches were always fun to watch, especially versus The Shield.

Undashing was his peak. I would love for him to bring that back but it was just a moment in time thing where WWE finally thought on their feet for once and flipped the Dashing gimmick on it's head. There's really no way to get back there naturally. I thought American Nightmare was going to be something similar but he was just another Indy Bullet Club Guy.

I will say though, he had A LOT more support around here when he first left. The hate he's getting now is approaching Jeff Jarrett levels.

Very smart, very business savvy, he deserves a lot of credit for doing all that he has since leaving WWE. He’s a really boring wrestler who is a chore to watch in the ring though.

Cody’s strength as an in-ring performer has always been channeling a character and portraying that in the ring, something that worked when he was Dashing then Disfigured. The only time plain ass Cody Rhodes worked was when he was paired with Goldust battling the Shield, and even then he had a character of hardworking son of a son of a plumber going on with it.

Indy Cody has been like a movie villain, but a D list one who chews up scenery but doesn’t offer much in return. He’s basically Indy Eric Roberts at this point

I don't like his attitude and he makes himself out to be more than what he is. That being said I don't hate the guy. I just don't care for him.

He’s a decent hand, but will never be the guy. He’s the definition of a Mid-card wrestler.

Got no problem with the kid. Just not must see in 2018 with Bryan, Becky, Rusev, Almas, Zelina, Asuka, Sasha, Mysterio, Miz, Joe. I'm way back on Shimmer too.

That's not it at all. Anyone who can prosper in the indies after leaving WWE deserves praise but Cody's resume of matches has been underwhelming. Like other people have been saying, he's not really main event material.

He's shined in various gimmicks given to him during his time with the WWE that's why I've always been in this weird place when it comes to Cody. I like the idea of him more than I like him same with Bullet Club.

Nothing about him stands out. If Dusty wasn't his dad he wouldn't have gotten to the point where he's at now. I do give him props for giving the WWE the middle figure and paving his own way and proving there is life outside WWE.

I've never been a huge fan of his ring work, but I'll never disparage him for seemingly overachieving and finessing the indies. That's wrestling 101.
