You are pretty clueless breh. It's not new that T.I. cut hair...hell I could have told you that from when my barber from back then (who also was heavy connected in the dope game then) gave T.I. a fade when he was still I'm Serious TIP when he came to SC. My back up barber sold dope too so it's not uncommon. He'll most of my barbers at the minimum sold at least weed on the side.
