If you meant for famous rappers than a couple of reasons. 1 reason is what happened to aye verb on twitter with lupe lmao. Most rappers even if they watch and respect the battlers as battle rappers I doubt they would want them writing bars for songs.(TBH they could actually be ghost writing right now but we wouldn't know anyways.)
2 They don't really need to most people who make music now a days are just so trash but they get air play anyways because that's what is "poppin".
3. All the people who actually care about bars in the game PROBABLY can write their damn selves.

I can't really get at it/post it because Lupe has his twitter shyt protected but I think like a month ago or sooner might even been like 2 weeks ago idk lupe tweeting about doing a song with lux and soul khan. Aye verb tries to get in the conversation and be like "Hey Lupe <3"

And Lupe was like "Hi Verb " Clearly he said it in a way where it seems like "Verb get outta here" and they go back and forth. I remember him talking about Tech 9 being better than Verb (which is just unequivocally false) and Verb asked "if im a C(because that is the letter grade Lupe gave Verb for his talent) what is Tech?" and lupe responds "He's a C but his C is your A+" and they kept going. No way Verb was winner that twitter war after he posted his grammy. That's pretty much it summarized in a bag.
