Why don't they talk about gun control when a rapper gets blasted?

For years I've often asked myself if there's been any class action suits against these gun manufacturers from folks in our communities.

If OJ can not guilty of committing the crime but be held responsible for the killings... how come that couldn't work against companies like H&K or S&W?

For about 15 years their has been a law that absolves gun manufacturers from liability. Not sure about before that.
