It couldn’t possibly because Spanish speakers were not a large part of US society until recently. What part of that don’t you understand? Blacks and whites have been building that dynamic for centuries. You expect there to be a special relationship between Asians and a US slur when most Asians are foreign born? Black are Americans

No one wants to answer the first part of the question because the answer is that those groups don't hate themselves and want to identify with who insults them (Although there are some self hating latinos).
Those Black people on the other hand who use the n-word and refuse to stop doing it fundamentally hate themselves and want to identify with who came up with it (i.e., whites). Because you can't respect yourself and use a modified slur for each other that came from the group that tormented you. And no it's not about respectability politics it's just common sense for your own group. Because why take what they used and try to make it ok? Because it'll never be ok.
And about whites, slurs directed against them by Black people will get at most a laugh. Because cracka, honky, sun dodger, spoiled milk, etc...come from Black people who don't have power over them.
On the other hand they'll fight over being called white trash because whites came up with it and use it to attack each other.
