Why don’t you workout at least 3 times a week?

I feel sorry for those of you whose work/ career get in the way of you working out even for atleast a couple times a week. Sadly, thats the case for a large segment of people outside of just being too lazy to do it.

I truly get it and understand but I can't imagine not working out, it's too big apart of my life and has too many benefits.

I've actually quit jobs before in the past because it didn't allow me time to work out.

Oh well, the more people who DONT work out, the more people like me stand out in society.

I go when I can, but now that I’m an administrator responsible for about 80 employees and about 700 other kids I don’t have all that free time like I use to.

Leaving the house at 7 AM and not getting back until 6 PM to 8 PM in the evenings and then still having to be a husband and a father cuts into that time. This doesn’t even include the business we have on the side.

Harder to carve out an hour to an hour and a half in the gym then come back home and shower and still adequately be a father and husband and also handle businesses.

When you really on your grind there isn’t enough hours in the day to handle things that aren’t making you money or supporting your loved ones.
I’m sure the part of the year where the everything shuts down and everyone goes on vacation for months, helps balance that out.

This. Except that I am often choosing between working out, winding down and sleep. When you put the work down and the kids are asleep even though you are exhausted sometimes the exercise is rejuvenating.

I skip exercise too much but I really need that shyt to boost my adrenaline.
