How so? I've been friendzoned by a guy cuz I wouldnt have sex with him the day I met him. lol. I said men have friend zones but they will fukk both the woman in the friend one and the one he actually likes. I cant help it he didnt like me for me..it happens. And I am in that guys friend zone..hes my neighbor. So I'm doing it wrong by not allowing him to enter me the day he moved into my building and introduced himself to me? I'm pretty sure if I had I'd be considered the nastiest thing posting here and unworthy of a good man by Coli standards. So which is it?

As a woman, you do the choosing. That means (for better or worse) men should pursue you and you should choose the man/men who are worthy of your time, attention, affection, and goods. A woman who pursues a man who clearly isn't interested in her is losing because: 1. she's attempting to subvert gender roles in dating and 2. is making herself look easy/desperate. If you like a guy but he doesn't pursue you, tough luck. Focus on those who want and pursue you--not those who you want to want and pursue you.

It's like an average guy who sits back waiting for women to approach him and complains that he doesn't get girls. He's losing because he's not being a man and is refusing to pursue women. Hence, he has no room for complaints.

I'm not ashamed to say that I've been in the friendzone a couple of times.
It was self-imposed.
I saw it happening right before my very eyes and could not bring myself to stop it.


True story.

I was friends with this chick.
And I was chillin' in her dorm room.
She was blabbing about how her man was dogging her out.
Bla bla bla......here's how I ended that friendzone bullshyt.

Me: "Do you know who wouldn't treat you like garbage? Do you know who would worship the ground you walk on?"
Her: "You, right?"


She literally made that face when she responded.
And I paused because that brief look on her face gave me my moment of clarity.
I hated myself so much for even being in her presence.


Me: "Hey, do you need anything from the store?"
Her: "No....I'm good. Are you alright?"
Me: "Yeah. I'm just gonna go grab some snacks. I'll be right back."
Her: "Okay."



That was the last major conversation I had with her.
