Most people i know who do lean n pills are very ignorant to what being "dopesick" is. Once that sickness hits, people do anything to make it go away. That and heroin is like 3 dollars a bag versus 25 buckw a pill and lean being even more expensive (at the point of stupidity) makes it a dangerous game you playing.

Lean is not anywhere near as strong as heroin. If u can afford it, lean can be done everyday. Anyone that does heroin daily will be unable to even live life normally
