Why folks always littering/illegal dumping?

I’m a union laborer so sometimes we get contracted out to clean up vacant lots, bandos, drainage canals etc

Can’t even tell you how many times I see mfs dumping everything from old TVs, mountains of used tires, busted up building materials, even medical waste

Not to mention people just flinging whatever fast food meal they had out they car window and driving off. Call me the usual c00n/cac but yes I’ve called police when I’ve witnessed people dumping...makes already blighted neighborhoods look 10x worse

It’s wide open dumpsters behind most big box stores, when me and my pops use to gut houses we’d just throw shyt in there late at night

Businesses don't want to pay a garbage company to take out their trash so they dump all their shyt or pay a company on the low to illegally dump it for them.

I just realized you illegally dumped your own stuff from gutting into another businesses container, that is illegal. So you just called your self out, if you gonna gut homes then you should have the proper garbage disposal as a cost of doing business.
