they waitin on KapG to lace the world with a hit, then itll be on and poppin
damn how long has KapG been in the game? crazy that this thread was made 5 years ago, and still nothing has stuck. i heard him on a pop radio song a couple years ago, but wasn't huge.

but the thing about Mexican rappers is that they often have a strong ass following that's regional and only consists of their people.

i imagine someone like Snow Tha Product does really well for herself, and she's not a national household name.

the 1st part of your post is correct , but the 2nd part is incorrect

reggaeton is huge in the Caribbean & South America

Puerto Rico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Colombia, and Venezuela.

This is Latina America where Reggaeton is big

MJamaicans do not fukk with no damn Reggaeton, so don't say the Carribean and south America, be specific, these places are many parts

Mexicans are hispanics not Latinos

This thread is old af and I might have already said this but…

I think SPM would have popped off fairly mainstream if all that shyt didn’t go down. Especially with the southern explosion that happened in the mid 2000s he was slightly ahead of the curve in that regard and he even had Baby Bash who had a few huge hits later on. Not on Drake or Eminem type levels obviously but probably platinum with a few moderate hits on a mainstream level. Like Chamillionaire type level maybe

Yeah I agree I said the same thing previously in this thread. SPM was their best shot at having a mainstream rapper
