Thank you based Mike D'antoni

If only you could have had Steph curry instead of nash
This isn't revolutionary at all. If Kevin love and Kyrie are healthy we would be talking about who would get finals MVP for the cavs and mosgov would be starting.

So the worst thing about them winning the fraudulent title is now for the next few months all idiots will be talking about is how the big man is irrelevant.

The big man will NEVER be irrelevant in basketball. 7 footers are valued because they're rare and if they're talented, they're definite game changers

We gotta give Don Nelson the real credit my breh, all that going small ish was his calling card.

I like Rudy T and SVG as well, honestly this is more SVG than it was D'antoni, mainly because of the fact they played excellent defense which D'antoni didn't care about. Most importantly though, the Suns couldn't win when teams played at a slow pace, this Warriors team could played against two slow paced squads (Grizz/Cavs) and won, I think that Suns team would have lost to the Grizz.

Mike dantoni played multiple guys out of position

His pg play is more similar to golden state than any of those other teams are

Svg was dump the ball to dwight in the post and spread the floor. Thats totally different from golden state. Same with the rockets.

Don Nelson didn't even really play a center, this really goes back to him. I don't know, saying this is D'antoni is off to me because of the fact he didn't care about defense, and that whole 7 seconds or less ish, his squads could never play at slower paces, they basically fell apart in the halfcourt.

Thats partially cuz steph curry is so much better than nash

Don nelson had a young in his physical prime steve nash and he was just a sometimes all star

Dantoni had a 30+ year old nash and turned him into a two time mvp

No coach has ever maximized pgs offensively like d'antoni

I can't rock with Antoni because of his lack of defense, dude really thought you could win a title by saying "fukk defense".

If anything, these teams copied him to an extent, but used his lack of defense as an example of what not to do.
