Why haven't you added a jump rope to your workout routine?

Weighted battle ropes or some sort of stationary bike for the older crowd thinking long term physical health.

Beaten joints w/ taxed cns and immune system compounded with the physical stresses of jump roping is not the move for us old heads.

Outstanding workout but I’m not doing all of that repetitive jumping anymore.

Bump.

Started doing it as an efficient workout. Got a rope w/ an app and a counter in the handle to gamify things a bit.
