I'd love to officially join the boycott, but being that I live in pittsburgh that would require me to give up drinking on game day. Even the preseason happening now is on the TV at legit every bar in the city
Imagine Martin Luther king if he sounded like you :wow:
Seriously tho, Real shyt is at stake here. My question to you is what are you debating on? Drinking vs taking a stand against inequality? This is a double edged scenario.. On One hand you should feel some type of way about your priorities. But on the otherhand, you are here giving it thought. Do whatever helps you sleep at night :handshake:
This shyt with Zeke really has me contemplating round 2. But this time it'd be a full boycott. No cowboy playoffs or SB
Its either boycott or boycotton :ld:

I haven't watched the NFL on a game to game basis since 02.

I'm a lifelong a giants fan btw... so boycotting aint nothing to me :manny:

Your point is taken, I just don't think it's as easy to escape the swarming media coverage as it might seem, especially in an area that defines itself through its sports team. For example, I went somewhere a day later and they were showing a rerun of the same preseason game I tried to ignore Friday night.

Basically, I'm doing what I can. I'm not paying money for the product, not actively choosing to watch it and give them ratings, not playing fantasy, and not further disseminating their story lines by talking about it. I'm just being realistic in that I'd rather not descend into further depression about the state of the world today by cutting off my existing social life even further.

Basically, I'm all for the boycott and salute you and others who are putting in work for it. But I also don't want to be hypocritical and merely pay lip service
:salute:

The Redskins are a big deal, got new weapons on both sides of the ball. New D coordinator. I was excited to see what we working with.

I haven't seen a practice, never seen any new player in a jersey, nothing. And honestly, I don't miss it.

When it comes to world affairs, Facebook has become a battleground. I'm seeing people I grew up with talking about both sides. It's making it easier for me to not watch because all of this is related :francis:

Only people I've seen mention NFL on my timeline is white people with the occasional light skinned nig... (That last line is true but I'm joking)
