Pertaining to the topic @ hand, if the NFL lost half the black viewership they had from last year, they'd still run circles on the next closest sport in this country. That's just the facts of the situation. This petition is nice, and it's a start in the right direction, but until white people (the majority, I.E the one who constitutes what is and isn't "America's sport") either pick a different sport to dikkride/create or open their minds to the multitude of flaws that comes with themselves and professional sports' potential biases, NFL is gonna be just fine

That's the real issue here, no one wants to believe that a lane created to maximize entertainment and narratives can be inherently "evil" in its premise. All sports are as volatile as their biggest supporters (I say this to patronize those who don't believe rigging is a real thing)

Okay, 25%. You said a lot of words for black (that's if you're black to begin with).

Second, most of native tribe names aren't even their original names to begin with. White folks either use the deragotory term that tribes they were warring with when they used them to get them off their land or they completely made up some shyt. In no documented history is there a tribe calling themselves Redskins or being called Redskins by warring tribes. You choose to believe what you want to believe so fukk you and a Jack Kent Cooke. You're out here championing a muthafukka who under oath couldn't agree that wetback and Jap were racial epithets so if that's the source you want to use, by all means, continue. Makes this much more easier. I got plenty of experience with this topic as well considering I've written papers on this so we can go back and forth on this if you like.
