Considering who he killed.... one a serial murderer,another a wife killer, I think he should have just have served out his original sentence for the murder he originally did if I had any say in it. Maybe a bit of time in solitary until the dust has settled and then a move to another prison to serve the original sentence out.

I would have been more angry at the guards for not doing their jobs. Probably would have fired the entire shift.

It's debatable. There's been studies on the humanity of solitary and the humanity of many manners of death. In lethal injection you are paralyzed first, then injected with chemicals that can put you to sleep or through an incredibly painful torturous death, which is why it's under scrutiny.

What I will never understand is the high standard for the insanity plea. I would think by definition most criminals are insane. Dude couldn't say "Seeing this depraved serial killer who was a cannibal and necropheliac of young boys was affecting my psyche"? I would imagine somebody who kills their boss in a robbery attempt was crazy to do it. Not saying they should get off... but they cray
