I'm completely pro-Drake this battle. Will admit to being a Drake stan even.

However, one thing I don't like it when nobody wants to give the right amount of credit.

I thought Meek's effort was worthwhile. Not nearly as bad as people are making it out to be.

It's enough to warrant a round 2, and honestly earlier this morning it didn't look like it was going to go past one exchange. Meek Mill isn't going to go quietly, although I don't see him winning either.

They both going to come out winners here. Drake gets solidified as a legend and Meek showed heart while gaining more popularity.

It was a different era. If Takeover dropped in 2015 Nas would have lost too. That combined with finding out "is that your bytch" was about him = L. He got to wait. Dot would get more leeway. Meek could never win this battle without dropping bars first.

this a generation full of dikk riders. twitter and modern social media is entirely based on being apart of a group(conforming) and following. Remember when Meek sold 200k and started getting OD love out of nowhere then they all flipped on him when it stopped being cool. most hiphop listeners are disconnected from hiphop culture, they're in it but they ain't from it, on top of that black ppl tend to be the biggest band wagon fans anyway, leaving the current situation what it is.
