He isn't retarded, he just graduated high school. She paraded him around in his cap and gown and shyt. His voice is high pitched but he seemed 'normal' to me.

Yea probably. And she can't put her foot down enough to make his ass get a job or something. 19 years old and not in school, he should at least be working/classes part time. Not coming to work with her everyday, unless he's on break and still can't be trusted.
