The one with Serena on the cover was one of, if not the, best-selling issue of all-time, I think.

I mean, they could have picked Sasha, Naomi, Alexa, or any of these other women who have a significant other that might take offense to their lady being shown off in this light -- regardless of how tasteful the photos may be -- but instead, they chose the one who looks most like today's female athlete.

If they were really with the shyt they would have chosen Nia Jax and checked off all kinds of boxes: minority representation, body positivity, etc.

Nia Jax would sell no magazines. She would cause cancellations. I would have picked Pam, or Mandy or Sasha since they have interesting backstories.

I think ESPN does play to their base, can't really change too many minds...

...but Charlotte getting damn near every opportunity? People tire of that.

She's the most legit of the blonde champs, but is still prone to oversaturation.

I will say that she definitely has the most tone and definition of most of the women, which definitely is a reason for the unflattering masculine insults, but also why she would be a good fit.
