WWE was the one that decided that Charlotte was the one to do this. They likely want Charlotte's name out there in the mainstream eye especially if the Charlotte/Ronda Wrestlemania rumour is true.
I'm guessing that Espn probably wanted Alexa or Sasha to do this.

With Naomi, Becky, Alexa and Sasha, I doubt that they would want to do this even if they were asked to.
