I always known i was an introvert and most of the time im somewhat depressed. But i have a son now and im living for him so im kind of ok with how things are. I know things cant be alot worse so im content.
You overwhelm yourself with physical sensations...
You overeat or you overexercise
You masturbate a lot or you become promiscuous
Gawd damn this part is me to a T. Stupid money I would throw at clothes or shoes Im giving to thsee strippers/massage places man. Or spending time daily online at night looking at Korean softcore porn. I Don't feel like working out even though Ive been getting doughy lately. Man I ain't living right and I know it

To add on to what @CharlieManson said... kanye is an example of what happens when an introvert not only manifests their inner world... but sees it as the highest truth. Kanye quite literally thinks of himself as a God.
I'm introverted, but I can have great dialogue with people. Great that I don't have these problems anymore

To the fellow introvert brehs...(not the socially awkward motherfukkers that can't operate social mores...I mean introverts)
You have to understand something about being an introvert...it's not just about how you respond to people, but it's also has to do with motivation.
You are internally motivated. Extroverts are externally motivated.
You as an introvert wanna take your inner world and impose it on the "real" world and extroverts wanna change the outer world to their will.
The sad thing is...this is world is built and made for extroverts. Everything in this world is about external motivation.
Nobody really asks what you want and what you would like to do, they tell you what you want and what you should do. It's bad for introverts...it's a shytty way to live.
But it is fine for extroverts, that's how they normally function.
They see a shiny new car...they want it. They see the baddest bytch or the sexiest man alive...they want it. They see the biggest house in the neighborhood, they want it. They get told what the highest grade a student can achieve, they want it. They get told what best college in the world is, they want to get into it.
And when they get the shyt...they feel like they achieved something.
Introverts aren't motivated like that. Introverts are motivated by "becoming". An evolution of our character or being...which has a physical manifestation in the outer world. Which is why we gravitate towards art and science and even sports. Mastering yourself and your craft has a physical manifestation.
Prime an example of an introvert is Kobe Bryant. Watch his interviews and how he approached basketball. He's a fukking introvert.
But there's hardly anytime or space for this...since we are in an extroverted world and we are ultimately made to conform to being extroverted while the more talented of us get into fields like the sciences and the arts and sports...where we can be introverted.
So getting the nice car, the big house, the baddest bytch or sexiest man, the highest grade, going to best college..it doesn't make us fulfilled...don't get me wrong...it's nice, it feeds our ego...but we wouldn't be fulfilled...
So while you are unhappy as fukk being pushed along the extroversion path which starts at elementary school..you think something is wrong with you...you don't feel anything...you feel dead...you aren't motivated to do anything.

You do drugs
You immerse yourself into fantasy worlds via videogames or television...where you can drift away into your inner world
Or even worse...
You end up like Van Gogh...locking yourself away and surrendering yourself to the craft of your choosing at the expense of everything else. Which is cool in some masochistic way...but who wants to starve and paint all day
Find a way to break away from the extroversion. Find a way not to conform. Find your path. Resist extroversion, find your internal motivation and listen to it and pursue it.
So extroverts don't overeat, overexercise, masturbate a lot, become more promiscuous?
Also, nobody is truly fulfilled with shiny new cars, houses. extroverts and introverts both feel empty when it comes to material things after awhile.
extroverts are motivated by becoming like Kobe Bryant. Bill Clinton, Winston Churchill, Steve Jobs, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Julius Caesar, and Donald Trump are all extroverts. They were all motivated in achieving big things and mastering their craft.
You criticize Van Gogh for focusing on his craft all day but don't have a problem with Kobe doing that. Isaac Newton was the same way and he is the greatest scientist ever. People that want to make a difference will sacrifice like Van Gogh.

Kanye West and Dr.X (if he is really being him) are most likely covert narcissists or shy narcissists.
A covert narcissist is someone who thinks they are really really fukking great...but at the same time feel really really really feel inferior...so they hide away in a shell. And outwardly act meek and humble while at the same time having feelings of grandiosity. This conflict of two personas within themselves leads to a miserable fukking life...
A traditional narcissist is super charismatic, heartless, goal oriented and totally unaware of how he or she comes off to others. He or she has a feeling of "How dare you!" all the time.
The traditional narcissists like the covert narcissist also have feelings of inferiority...but a traditional narcissists handles this by acting like the most obnoxious self absorbed person ever.
Kanye West is what happens when a covert narcissist gets enough power to act out how he or she truly perceives themselves.

Extroverts don't do those things out of emptiness and drain...
And I didn't say extroverts aren't motivated to do great things...they clearly are motivated to do great things. It's just the reasons why are different.
And Van Gogh cut off his ear because his brother (his one and only friend) was getting married and starved...all awhile nobody thought his pantings were good adn then died alone in the cold...
Nobody should wanna be like Van Gogh unless you just hate yourself...

Ok, if the reasons are different what motivated extroverted people like Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill, Alexander the Great and how is their motivation different than those of intoverts like Isaac Newton, Einstein, Beethoven? Also, is there a right or wrong path to follow? I have major social anxiety so don't know if I'm an extrovert or introvert. Probably an introvert.

Narcissism develops due to childhood experiences and/or culture.
For example, Middle Eastern and Indian culture is super narcissistic. Cultures that are very centered around honor and shame...will produce a lot of fukked up people.
Then you have children of narcissists, narcissists tend to reproduce themselves.
Narcissism develops in childhood. A parent might either be over congratulatory or hypercritical. Thus a child never gets a proper orientation of themselves and their capabilities.
Or narcissism can develop through bullying. A child may be bullied to the point they have to over compensate by developing an inward or outward grandiosity.
Someone who suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorders suffers from delusion. They don't know who they are.
For frame of reference, Donald Trump is a traditional narcissist. Kanye West is a covert narcissist.
You can tell just by the difference in behavior. Donald Trump is aggressive, rude, paranoid and in your face. Nothing is his fault. The world is out to get him. He is going to make the USA great again. He is gonna destroy the USA's enemies. He is here to redeem the USA. He is the only man for the job because he tells it like it is.
Kanye West came into the game all nice and humble. Begging people for a chance. Telling people he got what it takes. You know, he's the conscious rapper that wears polos amidst a bunch of baggy jeaned up thug rappers. His first album drops, he is called a genius. By the time his third album drops and he's rapping Can't Tell Me Nothing. He is calling himself Louis Vuitton Don. Then he marries a bytch famous off of porno, and calls himself a god and telling people to give him million dollars because he has great ideas.
A lot of artists are covert narcissists. A lot of business people are traditional narcissists.
The key difference is, covert narcissists are very much vigilant of how they are perceived and they aren't oblivious to their insecurities and faults. It's just that they feel superior than everyone else naturally. And not just "Oh, I am smart guy." "Oh, I am somewhat attractive."
It's like, "I am the smartest person in the room and any room I go into." "I am the most beautiful person in the world."
But then...they are ashamed they feel this way about themselves because often times...they haven't achieved anything to make themselves worthy of feeling that way and realistically they never will. Their grandiosity is fragile, but they hold on to it because that's where they live. They live in an alternative reality inside themselves where they are who they say they are.
A traditional narcissist doesn't have this problem, because a traditional narcissist doesn't even notice their own delusion or if they they do, they'll gladly find someone that thinks so low of themselves to give them constant admiration (narcissistic supply) or a traditional narcissist will drown it with excitement (drugs, sex, alcohol, gambling, volatile relationships).
A traditional narcissist is really a step below a psychopath/sociopath, just psychopath/sociopath isn't delusional. A traditional narcissist has a very loose concept of self. A traditional narcissist is lost in a grand narrative.You might see them become a real person or drop hints every once in a while...but they are so far gone, hiding deep shame and a burden of doubt.
The more the shame and the doubt builds, the more obnoxious they become.
